Elm Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast:

Join us at Elm Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast located two miles north of Oliver, BC, Wine Capital of Canada.  We are a ten acre working hay farm and offer privacy in a country setting.  The B and B units are located in a separate building close to the creek allowing for bird watching and relaxation.

The units are clean and new providing you with a comfortable stay.  We have air conditioning and a cool breezeway to sit out on, or take a glass of wine to our bird blind and relax watching the ducks and other birds in the creek.

The two adjoining rooms each have a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and private full bathroom.  They share a cozy kitchen and living room area that opens on to the breezeway.  The kitchen is self contained with a full sized fridge, stove and microwave.  Cable television is provided and wireless internet is available.  There is a double bed sized futon in the living area so if one group of six wanted to rent the unit this would provide ample sleeping.  There is a hot tub on the deck between the two buildings.

The separate building contains a studio suite with a full bathroom, kitchen and sitting area as well as a queen sized bed. Again this unit is provided with a full sized stove, fridge and microwave.  There is a pull out bed in the living area allowing four to sleep comfortably.  This unit has a private deck as well as access to the breezeway between the two units.  There is a grassy area for children to play and the farm to explore.  A trail along the creek leads to an area where you can sit and watch the birds.

All units have air conditioning.  We allow smoking outside on the deck. No pets please.

The B and B is located close to the International Hike and Bike trail.  The Okanagan River is a short walk away allowing for a cool dip in the summertime.  We are close to two golf courses in Oliver, only two miles away,  and are only half an hour from Penticton.
